100+ pages customized to your student’s profile. No subscription required.
Every page is about your student — their courses, activities, goals, and current standing. Nothing generic.
VillageEd reads your student's profile the way colleges do, then gives them a detailed plan for the semester — the courses to take, the programs to apply to, and the exact steps to complete each one. Then the colleges that actually fit.
We're parents navigating the U.S. high school system for the first time — and it hit us fast. There was always more our kids could be doing, but very little clarity on what actually mattered.
What surprised us most wasn't the workload. It was the pressure to do everything at once — while making important decisions with incomplete information.
We wanted a clear, honest picture of where our kids actually stood, what deserved their attention now, and what could wait.
That became VillageEd.

No. VillageEd starts with where your student is today and builds forward. For juniors and seniors, that means focusing the time that remains on the courses, activities, opportunities, and colleges that matter most now.
Yes. VillageEd doesn’t choose a major or career for your student. It helps them see where their interests, strengths, and existing record may lead — then gives them concrete opportunities and goals they can use to explore those directions before making bigger decisions.
About thirty questions covering courses, grades, activities, interests, goals, and where your student is aiming. That’s enough to get started. You can also upload transcripts, activity lists, course schedules, PDFs, images, or photos to sharpen the analysis — all optional. We ask families to remove personal identifiers from anything they upload; VillageEd does not need a legal name, date of birth, home address, or school ID.
Through 12th grade, including the summers in between. Goals are mapped for every period so your student can see the full path ahead. Only the current period is expanded into detailed tasks and exact next steps; future goals remain visible and are expanded when their time comes.
With VillageEd Pro, each module can be freshly analyzed once per month, and opportunity matching can generate one new set each month. A refresh is useful when something meaningful changes — new grades, activities, goals, or progress — so the recommendations can reflect the student’s current profile.
No. School counselors bring judgment, relationships, context, and advocacy that software cannot replace. VillageEd complements that work with detailed planning, tracking, opportunity matching, and a clear set of next steps families can work from between counselor conversations.
Privacy is foundational. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, securely hosted, and never sold, shared, or used for advertising. Students can remain anonymous.
